Enroll your program
Program details, Hebrew name, registration number and letterhead. Choose whether parents pay or the program pays. We set up your program page and dashboard.

Add your students
Add students to your roster one at a time or in bulk, or share your program link with families. Parents upload a passport and birth certificate in about 15 minutes.

Confirm arrival. We file.
When a student lands, confirm it on your dashboard. We prepare the file, issue the Ishur Limudim and submit it, then tell you and the parents when the visa is ready to collect.

Questions programs ask
How long does a visa take?
Processing typically takes 7 to 10 business days once the file is submitted. Timing is set by the Population and Immigration Authority, so we can’t promise a date for any one student.
Does the student need to be in Israel?
Yes. Families can complete their part before the flight, but we file only after you confirm the student has landed. Students enter on an approved ETA-IL first.
What do families need to provide?
A scan of the student’s passport, valid at least six months past the planned stay, and a scan of the birth certificate. It takes most parents about 15 minutes.
Can a parent apply without the program?
No. IsraelExpat works only through enrolled programs. A parent whose program isn’t listed can ask the program office to enroll.
