For yeshivas and seminaries

Every student’s visa, from one enrollment

IsraelExpat prepares the A/2 student visa file for each student in your program. Your office enrolls once, adds students and confirms arrivals. We handle the documents, the Ishur Limudim and the filing.

Who does what

Three jobs stay with your office. The rest is ours.

Your office

  • Enroll the program once
  • Add students, or share your program link with families
  • Confirm each student’s arrival on your dashboard

IsraelExpat

  • Collect and check each family’s documents
  • Issue the Ishur Limudim on your letterhead, valid for two years
  • Prepare and submit every visa file
  • Tell you and the family when the visa is ready to collect
  • Keep documents on file for next year’s renewal

Adding students

Two ways to build your roster

Use whichever suits your office, or both. Either way, nothing is filed until you confirm the student has landed.

A

Add them yourself

Add students to your roster one at a time or in bulk. We ask each family for the passport and birth certificate.

B

Share your program link

Send families your program link. Parents start the application themselves and the student appears on your roster.
